Our services are provided independently, and we do not represent or act on behalf of any telecom provider. Any assistance we provide is separate from the services offered by telecom providers themselves.

No Affiliation with Telecom Providers

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not provide telecom services, internet services, or related infrastructure
• We are not authorized to make changes to your telecom accounts on your behalf
• We provide assistance and support services only

Payments for Service Assistance Only

All payments made to EServices Hub llc are for our assistance services only. These payments include:

• Bill payment assistance fees
• Technician scheduling support fees
• Customer account help fees

These fees are separate from and in addition to any charges from your telecom provider. We do not collect or process payments on behalf of telecom providers.

User Responsibility

When using our services, you are responsible for:
